Whitney has 15 years of working with individuals, families, and couples in the mental health field. She has been a supervisor with many case managers, and individuals working towards clinical licensure. She has an integrated models of supervision to include, but not limited to:

Developmental: Whitney identifies the supervisee’s current stage, from novice to expert, and provides feedback and support for the current stage and continued growth.   

Person-Centered: The supervisee has the resources to develop as a counselor. Whitney collaborates with the supervisee to facilitate effective learning and growth during supervision.

Psychotherapy-based: Whitney follows the framework and techniques of the specific psychotherapy theory/model being practiced by the supervisees with their clients.
