Compassionate Comfort Counseling, LLC, is looking for clinical staff (board-registered clinical social worker associates, counselor associates, marriage and family therapist associates, LCSWs, LPCs, and LMFTs) as contracted therapists for our Tigard and Salem, Oregon locations. Full and part-time positions are available. Hybrid or telehealth is optional, and in-person services can be provided at the office in Tigard and Salem, Oregon.

Qualifications:
Master’s or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or other behavioral science-related field from an accredited program
Oregon Board Registered Clinical Social Worker Associate, Licensed Professional Counselor Associate, Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Experience providing evidence-based treatments for mental health
Demonstrated knowledge of and adherence to ethical and legal standards of practice
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Ability to complete all necessary client documentation within National CMS and Oregon OAR requirements
Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and other health information management systems
Ability to maintain a caseload and a flexible schedule
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment
Responsibilities:
Establish rapport and build therapeutic relationships with clients
Assessment, goal setting, and treatment planning
Diagnose mental and emotional disorders, use of the DSM 5
Provide counseling and therapy in keeping with established theoretical systems, strategies, and interventions
Make appropriate referrals for medical evaluation and treatment of psychiatric disorders
Maintain accurate records and progress notes for clinical documentation
Potential opportunities for leading psychoeducational trainings and workshops
Potential opportunities to lead process, support, and therapy groups
Participate in monthly staff meetings and consultation with other staff
Help clients identify and access resources
Maintain productivity of 20-25 sessions per week (1.0 FTE) or 10-15 sessions per week (0.5 FTE)
Complete other duties as assigned
