Dr. Whitney Voigt, DBH, LCSW Founder/Therapist

I offer individual, couple, and family therapy sessions. I believe in the healing and change that therapy brings people and believe in the power of tapping into the creative and deeper part of self that promotes true growth. I also believe in the unique strengths and abilities of people. As a therapist, my goal is to support you in increasing your self-compassion and self-confidence to achieve the life you desire.

I specialize in trauma-focused modalities, as well as methods to help people cope with feelings of anxiety and depression. The therapy I offer is heart-centered and empathetic support utilizing my training in EMDR, psychodynamic, cognitive-behavioral, attachment, and trauma-informed therapies, as well as mindfulness practices. I take a person-centered approach to collaborate with you on your goals, meeting you wherever you are in your journey.

Stephanie Chytalo, MSW, CSWA

I work with people navigating life transitions, a loss of some sort, or contemplating change - and all the emotions that may get stirred up, those contemplating sobriety and those who are in recovery, estrangement from family members, anticipatory or complicated grief, older adult related issues, and trichotillomania (hair pulling, skin picking, and other body-focused repetitive behaviors).

I believe making sense of what is happening can be helpful in finding a way forward. I use a trauma-informed approach, pulling from a range of modalities such as harm reduction, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, grief therapy, narrative therapy, and life review.

I know what it’s like to be on the other side of the couch; I have committed to therapy throughout my life and understand the time commitment, vulnerability, and hard work that goes into showing up.

Heather Peterson, MSW, LCSW

Seeking to know and understand ourselves is one of the bravest things that we can do. You don’t have to do it alone. I believe therapy provides an opportunity to develop a greater sense of self-awareness, and it is my honor to support and empower my clients in this process. I am committed to facilitating a space in which you feel heard, valued, and supported as we prioritize your goals and chart a path toward greater balance and wellbeing. My approach is relational and strengths-based. This means that I bring my authentic Self into the therapeutic space. It also means that I recognize and appreciate your intrinsic strength, worthiness, and wholeness as well as your inherent capacity for healing and growth. I view therapy as a collaborative and creative process. I’ll meet you where you are and we’ll go at a pace that feels safe and manageable for you. I am a trauma-informed therapist supporting individuals navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, conflict, codependency, grief/loss, and life transitions. I draw from a variety of evidence-based techniques including Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Somatic Therapy, Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR). Finding a therapist who is a good fit is the first step in accessing all of the benefits therapy has to offer. To learn if I might be a good fit for you, I invite you to reach out for a free 15 minute consultation.

Cris Lorimer, MA, LPC Associate

Having a safe place to work through what life throws at you can be valuable, and having a counselor who is a good fit can help you feel more at ease in the counseling experience. I work with people who are experiencing relationship difficulties, going through life transitions, dealing with depression, anxiety, and grief. I use a variety of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and Individual Emotionally Focused Therapy (IFIT).

I am grounded in an attachment perspective, and I believe that how we see ourselves and relate to others is foundational to our emotional and mental health. I believe individuals can experience genuine change and growth when they have the support they need, even when they feel the situation is “impossible”.

In fact, sometimes that is the catalyst that allows individuals to break free from longstanding struggles, or to face the fears that prevent them from moving forward. I have been working with people’s emotional well-being over the past twenty years and have been in the professional counseling role since 2020.

Sarah Blanton, MSW, LCSW

Hello, my name is Sarah (she/her). Thank you for exploring my practice. I believe in supporting people to find optimal life balance through attention to emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual needs. Through compassionate listening and attention, we'll collaborate on what wellness means to you and what that can look like moving forward. With 20+ years of experience working in healthcare and community mental health, I've been guiding people through life transitions, living with illness, grief, and bereavement, and navigating the role of adult caregiver. My practice style is person-centered and strengths-based.

Through a warm and reassuring environment, you'll feel safe to explore issues or life events that are preventing you from living your best life. My skills are rooted in family systems theory using elements of acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and mindfulness techniques. I also work using a trauma-informed lens.

I find my life balance through gardening, hiking and biking, yoga, meditation, group exercise, volunteering, travel, and cooking. I'm currently challenging myself to learn Spanish and knitting. If you have any questions or think we might be a good fit, I look forward to hearing from you. I offer a free 15-minute consultation. Be well!

Kimberly Stout, MFT Associate

Let me ask you a question. If you were to wake up in the morning living the life you truly want: What would that look like? Who would be in it? What would you be doing? What if I told you that creating that life and living that life is not only possible but attainable? l am your helper in helping you navigate towards those goals with concentrating on what is working in your life with the strengths you already possess. I help people find solutions to their problems. I specialize in: anything prenatal, postpartum depression, couples, family therapy, teens, ADD, trauma, financial emotional/verbal abuse, complicated divorces involving court appearances, manipulation, controlling ex spouse, parenting children, women reinventing themselves. I understand the complexities of: anything prenatal from infertility to still born babies to terminating pregnancies to making hard choices to going back to work or quitting your job, high income divorces to being a stay at home mom not knowing what to do next, to creating new careers and self-worth.
